Job DescriptionAs a Dim Sum Chef at Din Tai Fung UK, you will play a crucial role in supporting our front kitchen team and ensuring smooth service. Your main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Prepare and cook a variety of dim sum and steamed dishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish</li><li>Maintain a clean and organised kitchen station, ensuring all food is prepared quickly and to perfection</li><li>Follow recipes and cooking techniques to create authentic, high-quality dishes that reflect our Taiwanese culinary traditions</li><li>Assist with food preparation, ensuring fresh ingredients are available and ready for service</li><li>Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, especially during peak hours</li></ul> Who You AreWe are looking for a Dim Sum Chef who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and thrives in a dynamic and busy environment.
