Job DescriptionWe’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join Din Tai Fung’s Central Kitchen Team in Lower Sydenham. As a Prep Chef / Kitchen Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in preparing top-quality ingredients and supporting our kitchen operations to ensure the exceptional dining experience Din Tai Fung is known for worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Select, prepare, and handle top-quality ingredients, keeping our recipes consistent and flavours at their best</li><li>Manage food rotation and restocking to ensure smooth kitchen operations, so everything runs seamlessly</li><li>Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards using advanced kitchen equipment in a clean and organized workspace</li></ul> Who You AreWe are looking for a Prep Chef / Kitchen Team Member who is enthusiastic, hardworking, and thrives in a busy environment.
