Job Description

We’re looking for a Head Bartender/Senior Bartender to join our team to deliver a dining experience that has been enjoyed for over 50 years!

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent service with a passion for hospitality. You will be able to deliver on the following;

Crafting high-quality drinks with attention to detail
Able to positively motivate a bar team to keep up with a high-volume restaurant and achieve high performance
Experience in drinks menu development would be a plus
Work collaboratively within the bar leadership team to maintain standards of service
Place orders and complete stock checks using an online platform to ensure smooth bar operation. Experience using STO would be a plus
Have a passion for sharing knowledge and ensuring that new starters receive effective on-job training
Develop detailed knowledge of the cocktail menu and other drinks offered by the restaurant such as spirits, beer and wine
Maintain high standards of house-made ingredients used in our signature serves
Being a team player committed to delivering high-quality service and hospitality

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at £20 (including troncs), rising to £21 once qualified
Working Week: 5 days per week on a rota basis throughout Monday to Sunday; night shifts may run as late as 11:30 PM
Contracted Hours: Full time for 40~48 hours per week
